About OSCGJ

OSCGJ stands for Original, Superior, Concurrent, General Jurisdiction — the actual framework of lawful authority on the American land and soil. Before the corporate overlay, before statutory code replaced common law, the people of these states governed themselves through assemblies, jural societies, and peacekeeping structures rooted in the organic documents: the Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederation, the Northwest Ordinance, and the original Constitution for the united States of America.

ASG — American Services Group — operates as a private Unincorporated Intentional Association (UIA) under this jurisdiction. We do not use sovereign-citizen language. We do not make claims against statutory courts. We operate lawfully, privately, and under contract — rebuilding the peacekeeping, communications, and governance infrastructure that was meant to serve the living men and women of this land.

Our work spans lawful peacekeeping training, dispatch and field communications (APC / SOCOMM), executive protection (FOSEPS), intelligence operations (OIIC), medical command (MEDCOM), aviation (AVCOM), and the Continental Marshals Service (CMS). Every component operates within the ASG Unified Command Master Holding Trust structure, with all intellectual property routed through Schedule D.
